Notary Arlington has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Notary Arlington shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.

Service Scheduling Policy
Scheduling Service Appointments
Services offered by Notary Arlington are available by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling (‘Acuity”), which may be accessed through our website, our social media sites, an Acuity weblink we send you, or our entry of your appointment details directly into the Acuity Scheduling system.
If you wish to schedule a Service, you will be asked to supply certain information including, without limitation, your name, your contact phone number, and your email address. You may be asked to supply more information on an intake form.
You will receive a conformation email of your scheduled appointment. You agree to maintain ready access to this email and any other emails concerning your appointment until the scheduled Service is completed.
Scheduling Online Notarizations
An Online Notarization transaction, by its very nature, has unique identification and technology requirements.
Prior to scheduling, you agree to carefully review the identification and technology requirements listed on the Online Notarization and FAQ pages of our website. If you have any questions or concerns, you agree to contact us to answer or resolve any issues prior to your scheduling and payment for an Online Notarization transaction.
When scheduling an Online Notarization, you are acknowledging that all participants will be available at the scheduled appointment time to receive and immediately respond to email instructions sent to them AND that all participants will remain immediately available until the Online Notarization process is completed. You will also be asked to complete an Online Notarization Intake Form (within Acuity Scheduling), supplying information that includes, without limitation:
- An acknowledgement that all participants are compliant with the technology and identification requirements needed for a successful online notarization
- Identification information on all participants in the document signing
- Identification of the document
- Uploading the document to us in .pdf format
- Your selection of the notarial act(s) to be performed on your document
Rescheduling Service Appointments
You can reschedule your appointment online via Acuity Scheduling (the link will be in the email sent to you after you schedule the appointment).
Rescheduling your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be considered a late-cancel and charged a late-cancel fee of $25. (The decision of management is final.)
Please call/text us ASAP at 817-484-4000 if you know that you are going to be late for a scheduled service appointment. We will attempt to work with you on scheduling adjustments, based on the availability of the notary public.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled service appointment, your service may not be able to be completed (based on the schedule of the notary public).
If your appointment requires rescheduling due to your late arrival, it will be considered a late-cancel and you will be charged a late-cancel fee of $25, plus the mileage charge that was included in the scheduled Service (if applicable).
If you are not present with the notary public within 10 minutes of the start of your scheduled appointment time AND you did not call/text us at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to notify us of your late arrival, you will be considered a No-Show. A No-Show will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
Cancelling Service Appointments
Appointment cancellations must be made online via Acuity Scheduling (the link will be in the email sent to you after you schedule the appointment) up to the scheduled appointment time.
Any cancellation request made through means other than Acuity Scheduling will not be considered a valid cancellation. The Acuity Scheduling system has automated processes which streamline cancellations for both you and us.
Restrictions apply regarding the refund of any pre-paid fees. See our Refund Policy for details.
Purchase and Payment Policy
If you wish to purchase any Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase (at the time of scheduling) including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your service delivery address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
You authorize Notary Arlington to charge your card on file for the payment of services and fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the Service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
No refunds are made for Services. Once a Service has been performed, it cannot be undone. Once the process of an online notarization service has begun, refunds will not be issued, whether the online notarization is successfully completed or not.
Every effort will be made to complete each Service correctly. Should there be an issue with any Service based on Texas law, rules or regulations, or the applicable rules or regulations surrounding special services – Notary Arlington will do everything within its power to make it right at no additional charge to you.
We will refund prepaid fees if the following conditions are met:
- The appointment is cancelled via Acuity Scheduling more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, AND
- The appointment is cancelled prior to the notary public beginning travel to the scheduled meeting location, AND
- The scheduled service is not subject to a late-cancel charge or no-show charge.
Any applicable refunds will be made to the method of payment. It may take up to 14 days for a refund to be processed through to your method of payment.
