As a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) certified by both the National Notary Association and Notary2Pro, I am a specialized notary public who is highly trained, and background screened to facilitate loan document signings.
My loan signing services ensure that real estate purchase and loan documents are executed correctly, notarized as required and returned promptly for loan processing. Completing this critical part of the loan process enables a loan to be funded.
Notary Signing Agents handle sensitive documents containing personally identifiable information, commonly referred to as PII. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a federal regulatory agency, require lenders to follow strict standards when handling PII, including borrower information on loan documents. To meet CFPB standards, I am required to pass rigorous annual background screenings.
My NSA Certification is renewed annually. Participation in continuing education ensures that I remain current on legal updates and procedural changes within the multitude of title companies, lenders and signing services in the industry.
